Lead the implementation of all activities at the point of sale and be the contact in the country in the strategic planning and execution of Instore.Responsibilities
- Ensure the correct implementation of point of sale strategies associated with 5P (Visibility, POP) by promoters and merchants.
- oordinate locally with SDM and BDM the amounts to be requested of POP for the country; monitor the transit process and ensure the arrival of POP material in time to the country.
- Carry out the planning, coordination, implementation and efficient tracking of POP material and exhibitors, in each of the purchasing environments, with prior alignment of the SDM and BDM.
- Lead communication with the Agency associated with issues of promoters and merchandising.
- Support locally the optimization processes of the call Value of merchants in the country, aligned with Instore Expert and Instore Coordinator.
- Manage POP storage spaces, seeking efficiencies and optimizing spending
- Lead the execution -through the agency- in WM stores that work with the Efficient Promoter system * to ensure CP strategies and compliance with the KPIs agreed with the client. (* Countries in which it applies).
- Train the team of merchants aligned to regional programs.
- Develop and modify the guidelines for implementation according to the needs of the country.
- Monitor in stores the implementation of CP strategies and the activity of the competition / good practices of other commercial houses.
- University degree in administration, advertising, marketing or equivalent
- 1+ year of experience related to commercial areas
- Fluent English
- High experience in negotiation
- Persuasion and management of positive relationships in the commercial environment.
