Responsible for turning data into actionable insights to drive business decisions and strategy, in charge of working closely with stakeholders across various departments to understand their data needs, design analytical solutions, and present findings in a clear and understandable manner.Responsible for administering Workforce Planning technology and processes to optimize the quality and efficiency of the epay customer service operation in different locations, in charge for creating reports for forecasting and scheduling systems, at the same time will be responsible of recommending and implementing operational improvements to ensure adherence of operational practices and procedures. This position will also provide operational input into strategic planning for future growth opportunities.Job responsibilities
  • Data Analysis: Perform in-depth analysis using statistical methods and BI tools to identify trends, patterns, and correlations in data.
  • Report Generation: Develop and automate reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
  • Business Insights: Interpret data to provide actionable insights and recommendations that support strategic decision-making.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess business performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Data Modeling: Design and implement data models to support business requirements and enable predictive analytics.
  • Data Collection and Cleaning: Acquire, clean, and preprocess data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, prioritize tasks, and deliver solutions that meet stakeholder needs.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in BI and analytics to enhance skills and contribute to the advancement of data-driven decision-making within the organization.
  • Analyze call and back-office data on operational performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations based upon observed and quantified trends improve quality of service and resolution rate by analyzing call center data.
  • Responsible for call center reporting and making recommendations to management such as real time staffing needs, analyze support metrics and identify trends.
  • Responsible for the development of short- and long-term forecasting.
  • Communicate and provide feedback effectively to Customer Service management team.
  • Analyze trends and make recommendations in relation to call volume, shrinkage, attendance, attrition and KPI´s.
  • Analyzes and translates data into actionable plans that will drive upstream process improvements.
  • Responsible for building and reviewing monthly business presentations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in BI and analytics to enhance skills and contribute to the advancement of data-driven decision-making within the organization.
Requirements· Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.· MS Excel - Advanced skills· Knowledge of SQL.· Experience with BI Tool (Power BI).· Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required.· Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.· Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.· Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality of analysis.· Power Platform Knowledge is a plus.
