The successful candidate will have access to an office at our current Toronto, Montreal, or Mexico City locations and tools that will allow you to work from home when required (laptop, phone, G-suite).Responsibilities:
  • Sales Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize sales data to generate reports, identify trends, and provide insights. Collaborate with the sales operations manager to create comprehensive reports for senior management.
  • CRM and Plunet Management: Assist in maintaining and optimizing CRM and Plunet systems to support sales activities. Work closely with the Sales Operations Manager to track customer satisfaction and interaction data.
  • Hubspot Workflow Mapping and Optimisation: Designing, implementing, and optimizing sales and marketing automation workflows within the HubSpot platform for increased efficiency in lead management and overall sales operations.
  • Documentation and Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the regular review and update of SOP to reflect changes in sales processes and tools. Collaborate with the Sales Operations Manager in documenting new procedures, guidelines, and best practices.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with other departments (Marketing, Business Development, IT, and Customer Success) to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives and process automation. Facilitate communication and information sharing between sales and other teams.
  • Training and Support: Assist in the development and delivery of training for the sales team on new tools, ensuring effective adoption. Provide ongoing support to sales team members, encouraging feedback for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • HubSpot Proficiency: Proven experience in mapping, designing and implementing workflows within the HubSpot platform.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and metrics to make informed decisions and optimize workflows.
  • Detail-oriented: Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in workflow design and data management.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to troubleshoot issues, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Hours of Work:
  • Alexa Translations hours of operation are 9:00 am – 5:30 pm EST Monday to Friday.
  • This is an remote role, but the person needs to be willing to work inside Eastern Timezone.
  • The Account Manager will require additional hours of operation and flexibility to be successful in this role.
