Dive into our world at .Role Summary:We are seeking a Senior Mobile Engineer with a deep understanding of native mobile development for iOS or Android, as well as experience with React Native, to join our high-performance team. This senior-level position requires a self-managing individual who excels at implementing best practices, maintaining clean code, and has substantial experience working directly with engineering and product managers. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English.Responsibilities:

Lead the development and maintenance of native mobile applications for iOS or Android platforms, as well as cross-platform solutions using React Native.
Work closely with engineering managers, product managers, and design teams to define, design, and implement cutting-edge mobile applications.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications by adhering to best practices for mobile development and code cleanliness.
Mentor other developers who are not experienced with native mobile development, fostering an environment of growth and continuous improvement within the team.
Evaluate and incorporate new mobile technologies and frameworks to stay ahead of the curve in mobile development.
Conduct code reviews and enforce software quality standards across the development team.
Be a key player in strategic planning sessions, contributing insights on mobile technology trends that can drive innovation and competitiveness in the market.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
6+ years of experience in native mobile development for iOS (Swift/Objective-C) or Android (Kotlin/Java).
Experience with React Native and a strong understanding of cross-platform development principles.
Demonstrated ability to work directly with engineering managers and product managers, effectively translating business requirements into technical solutions.
Proven track record of self-management, delivering projects on time without compromising quality.
Exceptional coding skills, adherence to best practices, and commitment to clean code.
Experience being part of high-performance teams.
Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken, is essential.
Familiarity with the latest mobile development trends and open-source libraries for iOS and Android.
